I'm a queer she/they who's chronically (ill and) recovering. As a dance historian-turned preschool teacher-turned Yoga and Reiki practitioner-turned sexuality educator and counselor, I understand and embrace the winding, nonlinear road of both learning and healing.

Consent is a co-created environment, and I love helping to facilitate a safer, creative, and curiosity-filled experience through which we can address and process difficult topics that are hard to face alone.
